Return Policy

1. Our products are subjected to rigorous quality control to meet our customers expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may returned your purchase within 30 days for a refund.

2. Please re-pack your purchase in its original box. The product should be in its original condition to receive a complete refund. Do note we cannot refund shipping charges and handling fees incurred.

3. Contact [email protected] with your reason for the return to receive a shipping label. Pack the product and please enclose in your return the packing slip that was shipped when delivered.

4. Print the shipping label provided and tape it to your prepared return package. You are responsible for shipping returns to us. If you use a carrier with tracking ability, do provide us this number to allow us to track your return.

5. We always try to process returns as quickly as possible. However depending on the volume of work at our fulfillment center, return processing may take up to 4 weeks. Customers will be notified by email once the return has been processed and a credit given through the original form of payment.
