PhoneFile PRO Support
Should you have any queries about using PhoneFile PRO, or experience any problems during installation or operation, please first check that you are running the latest version of the software. Constant improvement means that new versions are released on a regular basis, and it may be that the issue you have encountered has already been solved.
The latest version of PhoneFile software is available for download here. After installation, please use your existing serial number and license key to activate the software.

CardStation Classic for Singapore market
We regret to inform our customers that we no longer manufacture or support CardStation Classic smartcard readers for Singapore market, including applications for NETRUST digital certificates, NETS C-ONE programme, and the ERP Transaction Manager. Customers may want to contact NETRUST Pte Ltd or NETS (S) Pte Ltd for alternative solutions. We thank our customers for their past support.
