Shipping Policy
1. Orders typically ship within 1 business day. The exceptions are after holiday weekends, or other peak times. While we make a best effort to ship your orders as soon as we get them, please keep in mind we are a occasionally affected by local and cross border circumstances beyond our control. Whenever possible, we will pre-alert you to circumstances that may cause delays.

2. We use various carriers such as United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx and United States Postal Service (USPS). For every order you will be offered choice of 1 business day, 2 business days or ground shipping. For each shipping method, we will automatically select the most inexpensive carrier to your location. Most carriers we use requires a phone number to complete the delivery.

3. We are unable to ship on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as well as the following national holidays:

• January: New Year's Day 1/1-1/2 (And through the weekend if New Year's day is next to a weekend).
• February: President's Day
• April: Good Friday
• May: Memorial Day
• July: Independence Day; July 1
• August: 1st Monday Canada has a Civic Holiday; August 31st UK has a public holiday
• September: Labor Day
• November: Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday)
• December: Christmas Holiday (2/25 and 12/26)

4. We only ship to US addresses and we do not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns

• Our products are subjected to rigorous quality control to meet our customers expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, you may returned your purchase within 30 days for a refund.
• Please re-pack your purchase in its original box. The product should be in its original condition to receive a complete refund. Do note we cannot refund shipping charges and handling fees incurred.
• Contact refund@innolab.com with your reason for the return to receive a shipping label. Pack the product and please enclose in your return the packing slip that was shipped when delivered.
• Print the shipping label provided and tape it to your prepared return package. You are responsible for shipping returns to us. If you use a carrier with tracking ability, do provide us this number to allow us to track your return.
• Return processing may take up to 4 weeks. Customers will be notified by email once the return has been processed and a credit given through the original form of payment.

What this limited warranty covers and for how long:Innolab Pte Ltd ("Innolab") warrants that the 2ECONDSKIN product you have just purchased ("Product") is free from manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase. This warranty only applies to the original purchaser of the product.

What this limited warranty does not cover:Normal Wear and Tear. Please note that scratch resistant does not mean scratch proof. Scratches, scuff marks and damage that arises from normal wear and tear are excluded from coverage.

Abuse & Misuse.Defects or damage that result from: (a) improper storage, misuse or abuse, accident or neglect, such as physical damage (cracks, scratches, etc.) to the surface of the product resulting from misuse; (b) use of the Product for commercial purposes or subjecting the Product to abnormal usage or conditions; or (d) other acts which are not the fault of Innolab, are excluded from coverage.

What Innolab will do:If you believe the Product to be defective, please submit a warranty claim. Innolab reserves the right, before having any obligation under this limited warranty, to inspect the damaged Product, and all costs of shipping the Product to Innolab for inspection shall be borne solely by the purchaser. Innolab will, at its option, repair or replace the product or components of the product.

What Other Limitations Are There?EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED HEREIN, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INNOLAB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. TO THE EXTENT THAT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES MAY NONETHELESS EXIST BY OPERATION OF LAW, ANY SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

What you must do to get service under this limited warranty:To make a claim under this limited warranty you must first submit a warranty claim by contacting Innolab at refund@innolab.com.
